Established in 2007, the eXpats Service Centre provides services to facilitate foreign knowledge workers applications for MSC Status and ICT companies operating in Malaysia.
With the objective to be a one-stop agency providing quality service to all our customers in mind, eXpats Service Centre offers the following services:
EXPATS ONLINE SYSTEM: Customers will be able to register and submit their applications as well as obtaining real-time updates on the status of their applications via system notifications, emails and SMS.
HELPDESK: Our helpdesk handled by our experienced staff manages all inquiries related to applications and how-to regarding foreign knowledge workers’ needs.
EMERGENCY HOTLINE : The eXpats hotline number is available once you have subscribed to our services. It is to be used for any emergency issues encountered during out-of-office hours.
CONSULTANCY SERVICES : We provide consultancy and personalised services to customers. Customers who have applied for these services will be assigned with dedicated Client Managers who will offer expert assistance and communication should any issues arise.
